Schedule
Friday–Sunday
7:00am – 3:30pm
Overtime available as needed.
What You'll Do
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components.
- Fabricate and assemble custom metal products to customer specifications.
- Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, band saws, drill presses, and other shop tools.
- Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure weld quality and product accuracy.
- Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience with material handling equipment, racks, pallets, or structural steel fabrication.
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified).
