Our facility. 155,000 square feet. One team. No handoffs.

Everything Morrison builds—from prototype to production run—happens under one roof in Morrison, Tennessee.
Vertical integration isn't a selling point. It's an operating decision. When everything needed is connected on one floor, programs move faster, problems surface earlier, and one team stays accountable from start to finish.

Why it matters that it's all connected

Most fabrication problems don't start with the weld. They start in the handoffs—when engineering is separate from fabrication, when coating is subcontracted, when the person quoting never talks to the person building. Every handoff is a gap where assumptions don't get checked, changes don't get communicated, and schedule slips without anyone claiming responsibility.

Morrison's facility was built to reduce those gaps. The result is tighter coordination, faster response when something changes, and a much shorter distance between, "here's what the drawing says," and, "here's what shipped."

Advantages

Your supply chain has too many hands on your product

You have worked with the vendor who nails the first order and lets quality slide on the reorder. The fabricator who hits spec but misses your deadline by two weeks. The supplier who outsources half your job and nobody can tell you whose fault it is. Morrison exists because manufacturers got tired of that.

Single-Source manufacturing

155,000+ sq ft Tennessee facility. Your project does not get handed off between vendors who have never spoken to each other. One team builds it. One quality system governs it. One phone call gets you an answer.

Custom-engineered to your specs

Morrison does not sell from a catalog. Every product is designed around your exact dimensions, load requirements, material specifications, and production environment. Our in-house engineering team builds CAD models, runs DFM analysis, and optimizes every design before a single piece of steel gets cut. You get a product that fits your operation—not one you have to modify to make work.

American steel. Tennessee built.

Every component Morrison manufactures is fabricated from domestically sourced American steel. Full material traceability—mill certifications, heat lot tracking, and process documentation—comes standard on every order. You do not inherit the quality variability, extended lead times, or communication barriers that come with offshore manufacturing. Your product is built in the same country where it ships.

Prototype to 10,000+ Units

Morrison builds your first prototype with the same process discipline applied to your 10,000th unit. We validate assembly procedures, dimensional accuracy, hardware fit, and finish quality on the physical prototype—then lock those procedures into production. Scaling does not require re-qualifying a new vendor, re-writing work instructions, or hoping that volume production matches the sample.

Quality and delivery are the same discipline

On-time delivery is a quality metric at Morrison. The same process controls that hold dimensional tolerance also govern the production schedule—first-pass yield, inspection checkpoints, and shop loading are tracked together. A part that ships late costs you the same as a part that ships wrong. You get honest lead times at the quote stage, and you get the product on the date Morrison committed to.

You talk to the people who build it

When you call Morrison, you reach the engineers and production managers who design and build your product—not a sales rep reading from a script. Questions about tolerances get answered by the machinist. Questions about finish get answered by the powder coat team. Questions about timeline get answered by the production scheduler. No middlemen. No relayed messages. No waiting three days for someone to "check with the shop."
