A customer-specific shipping and storage container engineered around a single Class A part where surface protection drives the entire design. Each internal shelf is fully enclosed in plastic cardboard, sealing parts away from dust and airborne contamination during shipment and storage. The clear plastic cover on the front of each shelf maintains the dust seal while letting operators verify contents at a glance. Every shelf is hinged and assisted by a gas spring, so when an operator unlatches a shelf, it opens smoothly under controlled pressure—no dropping, no slamming, no chance of impact damage to the part. Loading and unloading happens one shelf at a time without disturbing the parts above or below. The rack rolls on integrated casters for line-side mobility, accepts forklift entry from all four sides, and is stackable for storage and return logistics.
