We were very excited to start our new training process today!
After several months of planning, we’ve successfully created our training center (MITC) at Morrison Industries. This training center will be used to onboard new employees and train current employees.
The training consists of real scenarios, including identifying the wrong parts by reading prints and measuring, safety, welding, grinding, and much more!
