Congratulations to Scott Rogers, Employee of the Month for June at Morrison Industries Michigan Operations (MIMO). Scott (right, right, is pictured with supervisor Eric Stuart).
Over the course of three months, Scott transformed himself from an average employee with poor attendance to Novi’s go-to employee in weld repair, material handling, and line set up. Scott is proof of what can be accomplished by a determined person!
